Ho immenso piacere a recensire questo studio legale. Io e il mio attuale marito ci siamo rivolti all’avvocato Malizia lo scorso anno per aiutarmi a gestire il mio processo migratorio dall’Italia agli Stati Uniti. L’avvocato Malizia ci ha assistito dal primo momento, un avvocato preparatissimo in diritto di immigrazione e non solo: una persona umanamente straordinaria. È stato al nostro fianco nonostante la distanza (lui LA noi a Chicago e precedentemente in Spagna) in maniera ineccepibile. Grazie al suo sostegno la nostra pratica è stata approvata in tempi record. Da sottolineare che siamo andati a trovarlo nel suo studio a Beverly Hills e ci ha ospitati con una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Altamente consigliato!

Great international attorneys! They were always ready to answer all my questions and eventually solved my US immigration problem. They successfully accompanied me through every step of the application process. Highly recommended

They are the worst! Used this firm to handle my divorce. Because I decided to speak English they stuck me with Carmela who was very inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing the entire time. I hired them to get me divorced as quickly as possible. I understood that in Italy you must be legally separated before divorced. I was told that I was separated and then shortly after divorced. I asked multiple times if I was officially divorced and they confirmed yes and that nothing further was needed to be done. Now 2 years later I find out that I am not divorced and only legally separated. I am currently engaged and wanting to get married again and am unable to due to this firms HUGE error. I emailed them with everyone in the firm on the email with no response and no one willing to help me....even after I said I would pay them and understood there would be additional fees. They really are the worst and have no empathy or accountability for their mistakes. I now am working with a firm that is very helpful and has given me a ton of useful information this firm never gave me.

I did not have a good experience with this firm - they attempted to bully and overcharge me a number of times and I had to fight, CC'ing others in the office to expose those doing it, and threaten to get my own attorneys, to stop them and keep the case going. It was really stressful. For immigration matters, go to a specialist and not these guys. It's seemingly not a priority of theirs. Further, those that they assign are not very experienced - confusion on the paralegals' end caused months of back and forth and wasted time. Two stars and not one because, they were successful after 4+ years.
