If you could reach out to a different company do it! Rip off and never helped my senior father. No response, no call backs, no resolution to the accident. 4 years later and my father hasn't heard from anyone! His reached out, have him on hold. To wait for someone to call him and nothing. Only took advantage on a senior. Very disappointing.
