Being injured is never fun but the women and men here do their best to make the entire process as smooth as possible. Great communicators and teammates to have in your corner who are always there to answer a question or lead you in the right direction. 100% recommend them to anybody in the unfortunate position of needing a personal injury attorney.

I was dealing with an issues that had multiple layers of confusion and Emmanuel worked with me and my mother in law to quickly find solutions. He is a very encouraging person, honest and to the point. Also very knowledgeable and patient. I hope I’ll never have an issue where I would need to work with him again but if I do at least I know I can count on him.

Hess Panah seems to hide behind this attorney as a shell for his shady business. I highly encourage anyone looking to work with an attorney that will get the job done and that actually cares to go to Jacoby & Meyers or anywhere over "Panah Law" or "CA Injury Network" / 'CAINjurynetwork'. Hess and his entire team are completely elusive and seem to refuse calling back clients. I have 2 friends that were on the same case with me and so they are having to deal with Hess' lies and shadiness. He also lacks the ethics an attorney is supposed to do business by. He actually told me to lie even going so far as telling me what to say to try to maximize money payouts depending on what the policy max was. I called today to try to speak to Hess after calling his, likely 3rd or 4th, cell as well as emailing & text messaging him daily for over 5 business days in a row after not hearing from him at all for months regarding my case. Now I am seemingly stuck with him handling, or I should say mishandling my case. The reason it's been 8 years for the case also is because he works for dollar signs rather than for clients or doing the right thing and took on too many cases to the point that he cannot manage all of them even with the people he's hired to help him do so. Save yourself a lot of grief and go to a reputable attorney over Hess Panah/Panah Law/CAInjury Network.

Emanuel is seriously one of the best human beings I’ve met. I reached out to him back in 2020 when I was having some legal troubles; he was kind and supportive and brought some ease to my situation. He is more than just a lawyer, and he cares about his clients. Most lawyers are greedy, mean, and impatient. Emanuel is none of those things.
