They do not know how to communicate, kept forgetting my case that they have been working on for 4 years and per there office “people keep dropping the ball”. I keep having to call to get any updates and no ones calls back to give any updates. When you call the office the guy that answers cuts you off and doesn’t let you speak or places you on hold. When you voice a concern or a grievance he just says he is going to send an email to the person who doesnt call you back or follow up. When asked who is upper management is he goes around in circles and avoids the question strings you along for a while and says he is going to email the person in charge of the case which is the same person who doesnt call you back, answer back in email or in text messages. They dont take notes of what is communicated so when you call and state information that was given to you no one is ever on the same page. No one ever knows what is going on. There is zero communication and no follow ups unless your calling your self to see whats taking long. If you’re going to take 45% of anything that is given i expect 100% customer service or follow up as you are not doing the services for free you are getting paid for the services being provided. This has to be the worst service anyone can get. Also anything that you request doesnt get applied because they dont listen to what is being told and they do not take notes. You can specifically inform them about something and they would do the opposite of what is being told. This firm seems to have a lot of turn over on employees there since i have gone through 6 people in 4 years which is why people are never on the same page or “drop the ball”, and every other person i have communicated with does not seem knowledgeable or seem to have any clue what im talking about in regards to my case. Completely unsatisfied with their services would not recommend to anyone! Will not be using their services ever again!

Nidia(sorry if it’s not spelled right)and Emanuel helped me out and they are really nice people keeps you updated I told them one of the chiropractors that gave me a hard time and they got me a new one that week very fair on the settlement I would 100% recommend these people
