Pésimo servicio, tienes que llamarlos y llamarlos para saber de tu caso, nunca te dan información exacta y acaban por engañarte cobrándote de más , ellos se acaban quedando con tu “compensación “. NI LLAMEN POR INFORMACIÓN será su peor pesadilla

Makkabi Law Group took care of me during a very bad time in my life and I could not be more thankful. My girlfriend and I were injured in a rear end accident and the insurance company tried to say our very severe injuries were pre existing. Attorneys Matt and Karla led us through every step of the way and they fought the insurance company tooth and nail. They sent us to the best doctors and we felt so much better at the end of the day. Best of all we both got very hefty settlements. Thank you Matt, Karla and the entire Makkabi Law Group team. I could not be any happier with my beautiful experience, I wish there were more people like this in the world.

Bad they never get back to you the case its been over 3 years and they keep on changing the people In charge of the case to have more time with the settlement money don’t know why maybe they use it don’t know I submitted a complaint and nothing is ever addressed!😡

This was my first accident where I had to hire a lawyer and I didn’t know what I was doing or getting into Shawn and his team made sure to explain everything in amazing detail. He was responsive when ever I had any questions (and I had A LOT) come up through out the whole process and made me feel like I was in good hands. At times I felt very needy with my questions but he would always re assure me that I wasn’t being that way! Thank you Shawn and your team for taking care of me!!

Please stay away from this firm. My mom had a car accident, decided to find a lawyer and was directed to Makkabi Law through Los Defensores. First three days they were on top of everything, then one day her representative was changed, no explanation and just excuses as to why that would happen after she had taken the case. It has been a week and every time she calls everyone is always busy, no one returns her calls, and communication between staff in nonexistent. At one point, her insurance representative called from the same number at Makkabi Law and after she realized both her attorney and insurance company were working together, they changed their number and never called her back.

I try calling about my case and everyone is always busy, at a meeting, or at lunch. They are never there. And they keep changing the people over and over again, rotating my case between people. The communication in this establishment is not professional and they are constantly playing games. EDIT: They did finally close my case and get an answer it just took a really, really long time.

Amazing law firm. Very hard working staff who leads you through every step of the process so that you do not feel alone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an attorney.
