I've been working with James and his team for the last year after I retained them to provide legal services for my production company. I'm a very small business and was worried about retaining council that would put me on the back burner but that wasn't the case at all. James and his team have made me feel like a priority. They return calls and emails really quickly and have helped me navigate some difficult legal situations that I could never do on my own. Best choice I've made for my business so far!

I was involved in an accident in July and let me just say this Law firm is great. They settled my case within four months and got me the maximum compensation! My case manager Vicky and her assistant Jessica were great with communication - they kept in touch with me through my whole case and would update me every time something new happened. Have you ever been involved in car accident having no driver lincence, no insurance and no healthcare insurance. Waking up in a hospital bed because the accident was that bad, and not worried about your potential health but the fact that all you can think about is not having a operational vehicle, having a huge hospital bill and on top of that a insurance company coming after you on how your going to pay for there clients damages? I highly recommend this very professional firm in every way. The first quality that quickly became obvious was how much Ben and his staff truly cared about their client. The level of compassion that I experienced was amazing and their business practices were equally outstanding. I handled this case on behalf of my aunt who suffered a Stage IV bed sore due to the negligence of a nursing home. I received frequent updates, prompt answers and thorough documentation throughout the process. Devon deserves special mention for all of the above in addition to the help she provided me in resolving some Medicare issues after the settlement. The final result was a very fair settlement despite numerous obstacles that were thrown at us by the attorney for the nursing home. Thank you again Ben and Devon for everything.
