First and foremost, Mr. Wasieleski was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I could not be more thankful for the help that he gave me. I was involved in an automobile accident in late 2015 in which I was t-boned at an intersection by someone who ran their red light. As a result of my accident I was experiencing sever pain in my body almost immediately. I was referred to Mr. Wasieleski by a friend who had gone through him for their auto accident and they were extremely pleased with how he handled their case. He immediately contacted a witness at the scene in regards to my case and was able to the prove that I was not at fault for the accident by securing the witness's statement. Thanks to Mr. Wasieleski, I received the treatment that I needed and he was able to settle my total loss vehicle for more than I believed it was even worth!! Not to mention, he got me a great settlement for my personal injury claim as well. All of this was done by him and his office and they were diligent in their work and response. I highly recommend him and will happily refer all my friends and family in any situation where serious personal injury has occurred. He is my go to attorney for life.

This lawyer was appointed to me from another attorney. He did not take any initiative in the case, was not aware of all of the facts that had been in his possession for a period of time, and did not make any progress. Michael was rude, inattentive, and incorrect throughout the process. Had to hire someone else to complete the job. Wish I hadn't wasted my time and found a lawyer who can actually do their job and produce results.
