The decision to take legal action against an employer can be difficult and stressful, it was important to me to find an attorney that really understood the importance of my decision, feelings and time, Britany understood all of this and more! She represented me in a professional manner through the entire process of mediation with my prior employer. She is very personable and passionate about getting the job done! We were able to come to a reasonable agreement with my prior employer without going to trial. From start to finish it took approximately 9 months. She was thorough, always responsive, and clearly explained legal agreements. I appreciated her honesty and ability to help me be realistic about my case without wasting any time and incurring additional expenses. This lawyer did everything I needed and more for my daughter without having to see her. We basically did everything through email which she always got back in a timely manner. Any questions I had she answered and any documents sent on my daughters behalf was sent to me as well without question. She did her job and well.
