Where to even begin… Right before COVID happened I was involved in a horrible car accident against a negligent Uber driver that ran the red light. I was taken by ambulance’s since I blacked out for a bit after the impact. It was such a nightmare dealing with the insurance because Covid shutdown had hit by then and it was such a headache to contact anyone. No adjusters would call me back and no drs would see me unless I made an appointment A really good friend of mine recommended Bobs office to me and immediately I called them maybe a month after the whole shut down and Bob and his team was able to assist me immediately!! They helled my hand from beginning to end from the time I called to the end of my settlement Anytime I called the office Someone would help me out or answer my questions Sergio made sure I attended all my dr appts and if I missed 1 he would call me to make sure everything was ok and why I had missed and then get me a new appt. Even Bob himself would answer my calls knowing his schedule was always busy being an attorney and all He made sure someone always returned my call if he was unable to speak with me Although I am not 100% healed from this tragic accident, I am just so thankful I called his office because not only did I receive the treatment I needed but also was compensated well. Corina will make sure you take home money in your pocket. She worked miracles reducing my medical bills.
