Working with California Attorney Group (CAG) has been the best experience. The qualities that make's them superb are too numerous to mention. Foremost among them is their integrity. Their honest and strong moral principles makes them a breath of fresh air in an industry full of dishonest attorneys. The second valued quality in CAG is their deep level of knowledge in the personal injury space. They have won some very monumental cases because they make sure to do the utmost to make sure that their clients are properly and judiciously compensated with the ultimate aim to make their clients whole in all aspects, be it, physically, emotionally and financially. The third quality that I value in CAG is their willingness to fight for you as though you are a family member. Rest assured that when they take your case, you are no longer alone but have a team that will treat you as family and represent you as though one of their own has been hurt and being taken advantage by the other side, they legal representative(s) and the insurance companies. I say all this due to having had my case with one of the biggest PI attorneys in the area that ended up sitting on my case and doing absolutely zilch on my case for nearly two years. If it wasn't for CAG my statue of limitation would have expired and I would have been left holding an empty bag full of rocks (not the ones you see in rap videos if you know what I mean). I am extremely happy with their service and both Bob including Sergio were handling were my case. This was first time having a hit and run accident. I've heard about other lawyers but I was referred to this firm by my aunt. I have so many commercials on TV and on the radio but I wanted to find someone that was trustworthy. My aunt was very pleased with Bob's Firm so I decided to call. The short version is that they were EXCELLENT, knowledgeable and just awesome throughout the process of my case. I didn't have any prior knowledge about what needed to be done. I did not know how to handle the tow company, body shops or insurance in general. Sergio and Maria and Corina handled my case. I'm a detailed oriented person and I need to know the "why" of everything. It was difficult dealing with the insurance company and the body shop after the accident on my own. After I spoke to Bob's firm, I did not have to talk to anyone and everyone left me alone. If it weren't for Bob's team, I would have never known how to get a rental longer than I was permitted by the insurance company. The insurance company did not give me a longer rental and it was not warranted. But Maria was able to get me a longer rental and much longer than the policy of the insurance that permitted. I was always talking to Maria, Sergio and Shirley about my case. I was able to get in touch with them very easily even though I know that they were busy all the time. They helped with getting to the right doctors and I required having injections done since my neck was really damaged. I got good results from the injections and it helped me with my pain. I was first scared of getting the injections and it was very scary to me having a needle in your neck. After a while I could not take the pain and I was able to speak with Bob regarding my options. He went over my case with me and explained his thoughts regarding the getting the injections and that it was ultimately my decision to get them or not. I am glad that the injections worked for me. I had a herniated disc bulge that was 8 mm and it was hurting before I got the injections. I was able to move my arms, had less discomfort and it was easier to move my neck. I was satisfied with the doctors that treated me throughout my case, and the facilities were very professional. I felt that the doctors cared about me. When I got the injections, the doctor was with me before, and afterwards. The doctor was always talking to me and it was soothing to have him there. At the end of it, I was able to get a good settlement but more importantly, Bob's office took care of me, and I was very satisfied that I was able to get better after the medical care. The medical doctors that gave me injections were really good, and I trusted them. I appreciate the law office putting me in good hands with doctors that provided me good care and healed my injuries. My neck was in a bad shape after the accident, and the MRI showed that it was a bad injury. But the medical care really worked me and this was very important for me. I appreciate the help in getting me with doctors that were helped me. Finally, I want to thank Bob and his team for a great job done on my file, and I would certainly refer them to my friends and family.
