Harvey isn't just a an excellent real estate attorney, he's also been a building contractor, broker, and real estate investor. His breadth and depth of knowledge helped me with some real estate investment decisions, as well as defending myself against bad contractors. Harvey used his knowledge of the law to make sure signed contracts were valid and that the contractors and their sub contractors followed the law, building codes, and regulations. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing through every step. I highly recommend him.
