So far so good. By me being elderly BD&J sent an Uber to pick me up which I so appreciate it because it is hard for me to get around because I have 2 total knee replacements. As I come into the office I was greeted by 2 receptionists who were very nice. I was greeted with a smile and coffee. Thank you so much for the warm greeting.

It was good at first, until after the settlement was sign and they got their part which was wayyyy more then I even got, which is pretty sad and then Gabriel the negotiator tells me they withheld a part for insurance or whatever and will later be mailed out once that is settled and still yet didnt get anything and this has been a year later, got my settlement in OCTOBER OF 2023, i called back in December nothing, Jan, feb was a waiting game, and I called for a follow up a few weeks ago and they gave me the run around, said, "oh will call you back, and nothing till this day. They said all settlement has been disbursed, which is BS, don't give people the run around or say they are entitled to more and then they don't get shit.

B D & J helped me get what I deserved! They are professional and great at fighting for what is fair!

I would like to start off with a Huge thanks to BD&J. 1. for excepting my case 2. for being patient with me. 3. for getting straight to the point and closing the deal within a timely manner. - [ ] I initially started off with another firm Hill stone law back in 2023 , At one point I started to feel uncertain about, the way my case was being handled and the lack of clarity I was receiving. So I decided to get a second opinion and that is when I came across BD&J, They had an Investigator come out to my home for the initial intake. I was so amazed how organized and knowledgeable Fabian Beltran was when we went over my case. I was very frustrated coming from my prior attorney but , one thing Ashkan Zamani did was reassure me that , moving forward everything will be better. After hearing his famous quotes ‘‘ Don‘t worry , Your in the right place and I will make sure I handle everything moving forward“ My job is to make you happy and satisfied at the end. which he did he earned my trust and he executed at the end. 😊 Gabriel Rivas is the GOAT ! When it comes to negotiating , he was able to get the job done 🫶🏽 very quickly, assertive , and timely. Huge thank you to my case manager Delmy and my attorney Michael Madadi for helping me out with my scooter case. As a 18 year old new college student I had no clue where to turn or how to go about my accident, Delmy and her team helped guide me every step of the way, she got me compensated for my damaged property as well as the medical care I urgently needed, thank you Michael, Adriana and Delmy !

So disappointed the attorney that took my case didn’t even try. There was no communication and answers like two days after. Can’t say any more here but all I can say do your research.
