I had a case that no one was willing to take. My own insurance company refused and failed to back me. It was a hot mess. I had extensive injuries along with a totaled car. really poor experience, with one of the secretary, (Monica)! , she was pretty rude , when you tried to get a lawyer service they need to have enough time to recollect information for your case, she when she contacted me she didn't wants to wait get the information cause I literally spend less than 1 min to get it, she started laughing by saying that I realized that she is busy person and she need to make another calls, and hung up the phone, so I don't know why she called me if she doesn't have the time, a least one minute, so sad because she represents the firm
