They have been amazing in every way I have a personal assistant by the name of Rosa. She’s been an amazing person. She is my friend now and she will be part of our family, even after we’re done with her case here, the staff here are nice . they treat you like family here on the accommodate you with Errol your needs for you and your family. They’re very understanding they work with you. I made the best choice for my children for their future and their well-being. I am a current client of BD&J and this has been my experience . I found them through law Tigers after getting hit on my motorcycle so I figured they would be a good from to go with…. My so-called case manager has fumbled my case so many times that’s not even funny. I’ve had to do all of the legwork, especially getting the footage from the accident that she told me “didn’t exist”. Here we are almost 8 months into this whole ordeal and I still haven’t gotten treatment on a broken bone and they’ve had my settlement money for a month and are telling me it’s with the “negotiation department”. Well I’ve reached out to my doctors to find out NONE of them Have you been attempted for contact for negotiations (doctors they sent me to….) Since making this post, the law office has reached out to me and tried to make amends through all of the struggles we went through They have been very attentive since they found out How upset I was.

Caring people that genuinely look after your best interests. Can confide in them with anything and 9 times out of 10 they will help. Rosa is a sweet lady who talk to you like family. Have had a great experience so far. Would recommend BDJ to anyone looking for an personal injury lawyer.
