Working with Sagar was easy. He immediately responded to my requests and had finished drawing up all the needed documents within hours of contacting him, have never seen a lawyer work so fast. His work is top notch and his fees were far less then the quotes i received from other lawyers.

Sagar was very responsive from the beginning. I needed help with a Share Purchase Agreement that needed to be reviewed quickly. Sagar was able to accomodate my request and make this happen same-day! Sagar comes highly recommend, so I let him review the FDD of the franchise I am interested in buying into. He gave me a detailed breakdown of key items I should be aware of in the FDD. I honestly can't say enough good things a both Sagar. I was referred to him by a friend when someone threatened to release private photos of mine onto the internet. The lawyer I had talked to before Sagar wants to charge me an $11,000 retainer. Sagar did the same job for less than $1000. He is hard working, responds promptly and professionally and handled an insane woman (me) with more grace and patience that you can imagine. Thank you Sagar!

I have had the pleasure of consulting with Mr. Parikh twice on the same tenant defense issue and hewas able to quickly grasp the context of the situation and to explain the legal matter in layman's terms to me. Which then made it easier for me to understand his guidance and recommendation on next steps.

Employer had policies that seemed to violate discrimination laws; Upon leaving employer, I was offered a severance package. I consulted with Sagar on the severance offer and circumstances. Sagar was honest about the strength of my case, and provided honest advice. Sagar always responded quickly- usually immediately, even late Saturday night.
