Amazing Experience working with this firm! I would highly recommend them!

I was Walked through every step of the way in my horrible ordeal of an accident that was not my fault! Always had a return call and was even given personal cell numbers for partner Kevin Danesh and his assistant in case I needed something. Got my deductible reimbursed right away since that was quickest way to get my repairs done since the other insurance was taking their time and trying to blame me! Atty Danesh fought it and also got me extra rental car money since I needed a car to get to work. Just received a bday card and was taken aback by their personal attn- was a nice surprise! Hope you dont need them but if you do give them a chance to help you and you'll see it will be way easier and you'll feel they took care of all your needs! Im fully recovered and I was told by Paulina that I will be getting my settlement check in next week- so happy I was referred here by my cousin.

I'm glad I found these guys when I did. You would think Insurance companies THAT YOU PAY have your back, but thankfully these guys did not let them take advantage of me. The best part was walking into the office and they offered me cookies and coffee just as if I was at home. They made me forget that I was dealing with a case because they handle the stress for me. All buisness and straight CLASS!!

BD&J is amazing! Their staff is great, and what I mean by that you see them working with you on every detail. From taking you through your treatment plan all the way through fighting with those insurance attorneys in court. They are a larger law firm with the personality of that "mom&pops" feeling. Love these guys!

BD&J is a great firm. They always return my phone calls and emails within about a day or so and when I went to the office I got cookies!

I was hesitant to hire an attorney at first when I got rear-ended. I thought "Oh, I can take care of this myself,". What I didn't realize was all the red tape and hassle it is to work with insurance agencies just trying to recoup money from the doctors. A family friend who knew about my accident referred me to BD&J. That was the best decision I made, and made my life so much easier!

BD&J came thru when I needed them the most! Without a car as it was totaled in the accident, Rene and his team madea house call to personally deliver information to get my case going. Being without a car is hard enough, so having one less thing to worry about truly helped me out!

Highly recommend. This was my first accident that I got into, and they helped me every step of the way. Sean was a great attorney and always answered the phone to answer any of my questions( and there was a lot!). I was pleased with the settlement amount as well. 2 thumbs up!
