Eric has been a very pleasant attorney to work with. We have personally worked with a few attorneys, including one that yelled at us over the phone, and he is the complete opposite. He is responsive, hard-working, and genuinely have his customer's interest in mind, unlike many other attorneys who merely plays with words. He is also a very experienced unlawful detainer attorney and has won several cases, including a very complex one recently.
