After experiencing the "28 day shuffle" from a local motel, I had a strange feeling about it, and began a Google search to discover it was illegal. I called Yash Law Group for a free consultation and spoke to the receptionist who said an attorney would call me back but they never returned my call. If the case isn’t worth the time or they are too busy at least tell me that. Don’t waste my time and create a delay while I wait for a return call when i could have been looking for another attorney. When people call an attorney they generally have a problem and need help. Leaving them waiting for nothing is not right.

I was a college student and college student who moved to California in 2016 from South Korea. I was a guy who has a language barrier and a lack of cultural understanding in the United States. I worked in a restaurant for two months before I enlisted in the Army. However, I did not get paid for my last paycheck before going to my basic training! Since I had a language barrier, I hesitated to file a suit against the restaurant that refused to give my paycheck. Also, I did not know anyone to ask for help.
