If I could give a worse review I would. From the start this Woman was disorganized and incompetent. She made excuses upon excuses as to why she couldn't be reached for weeks on end, mis-led or flat out lied about court filings, misplaced files and much more. Fortunately my family was able to get another attorney to pick up my late mother's estate and clean up the mess that she made of the case which had been going on for 4 years and should have been done long ago. Stay as far away as possible

Stay as far away as possible. Jennifer do not bother replying to try and save face.

Find somewhere else....

I am not a customer, but only due to reviewing her social media account and seeing posts where she harassed other folks with differing political views. This made my decision for me. Since then it has been removed - must have caused problems for her.

I would highly recommend this Attorney. She and Her staff are caring and the office is very nice. You will be very comfortable.

She's very personable, while professional, & helped us through the process with compassion & understanding. We are truly appreciative of Jennifer, & will definitely use her services, for any further needs we may have, in the future.

Stay away. She missed court appointments with no warning, delayed my case by months with an S, made excuses to no end, didn't return paperwork to opposing council, hard to get a hold of, just a total mess! Had to fire her and get another attorney. No money back, all gone. Thanks again Jennifer!!

Initially, I was referred to The Law Offices of Jennifer S. Goldsmith by a very close friend of mine. I needed to get a Trust as well as a Living Will done but I had no direction in which to take or who to go to. Fortunate enough after talking to my friend she gave me Ms. Goldsmith contact information and immediately after contacting her I felt her willingness to go that extra mile to provide her clients with an outstanding experience. Since my daughter lives out of state and was only going to be in town for a couple of weeks we needed to ensure that all the necessary paperwork would be completed within a time frame before she left back home. Ms. Goldsmith was very accommodating and walked us through the process step by step. Forming a Trust, Will, and Advanced Directives can be very overwhelming since it entails a lot of planning and decision making that isn't necessarily easy things to think about. Ms. Goldsmith was very patient and would answer any questions we had throughout the process in a timely manner. Her professionalism and expertise amazed me at all times. Ms. Goldsmith, as well as her office team, made my daughter and I feel welcome since the start and offered availability for any future question(s) or concern(s) that would come up in regards to our Memorial Trust fund to honor my beloved son. Ms. Goldsmith is a formidable lawyer. I have been a lawyer nearly 20 years longer than she has -- and found her organized, VERY prepared and quite adept in the courtroom. The judge complimented us in our professionalism and that we kept the "decency level" high in what could have been a nasty custody trial. She won the trial and was gracious and accommadating in pre- and post-trial negotiations. Impressive lawyer.

If your looking for an attorney I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere! She takes your money then is very unreliable, unorganized and is hard to get a hold of. I had to get another attorney after she missed one of my court dates (the last straw) and never received any money back. $3k and a year wasted down the drain!
