Through the whole case I was contacted about everything but once they got paid I haven't gotten a return call or email ..I still have not received my portion first I was told my old employer had 10 days then they received check on 10th day and told me they had to wait fir his check to clear before submitting my payment then 10 days after that still no payment only received 2 different calls to validate my address so payment can be sent yet still no laymen has been received

They suck.I tried telling them that I had hired a lawyer but that they are not doing anything for me, so I'm looking for another one that could help me and she said since I hired one they can't help me. Waste of time.

I started with a very weak case, but I wanted to make a point. I was contacted by Lawyers for Workplace Fairness as I knew I did not have the money to pay for an attorney and I knew no one would probably take my case. I was first contacted by someone from the firm and they said, sorry nothing we could do for you! Very disappointed, but then Jamal Kamandy contacted me and laid it all on the line. It was a performance based claim in California and we are "at-will" state. Slim case... I was told how they worked, fees and some one would contact me. They did! Yes I got texts, emails and phone calls. I want to thank Jamal, Sadie Powers and Lonny Osterman. They did a fantastic job. I was called each step of the way. Explained everything and given the opportunity to say yes or no on the steps they were taking. Yes, I would loved to have taken the company for more, but it was not a strong enough case and I really was surprised that they offered anything.
