I highly recommend Simmrin Law Group, fast acting and quick results!! I called the firm needing help with legal advice to get my son out of a 55/85 hold. Michael Simmrin called me back quickly. He is passionate and truly cares about his clients. Explained exactly what the mental health institutions do, It was EXACTLY what the behavioral health institution were putting me through. I knew right away Michael was the right attorney and knew how important it was to act immediately. The institution was extending my son’s hold to a 14-day hold without him meeting any of the criteria to do so. MICHAEL HAD HIM RELEASED IN A MATTER OF HOURS! We were lucky enough to hire Mr.Chichyan for a rear end accident. He went above and beyond any expectation that I had. He handled our case so well, always available when we called. I know he is so busy with all his cases, but he gave us so much respect and his time. He prepared us and guided us every step of the way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. By far the worse experience ever. My case took 1 entire year for nothing. My lawyer Jessica did not fight for me. She never returned my calls for updates etc. she only called me when it was time to settle. She never asked for evidence and then claimed I had none when it was too late. One year has went by for her to say she can only get me $500. Crazy thing is she received $6000.00 from my case and only gave me $1000.00 (which I had to fight for). When I told her I was looking for another lawyer she said I’d have to pay her 6000.00 from my winnings lol. This can’t be legal…That’s robbery if you ask me. Again do not waste your time. RUN!!

I was recently hospitalized from 8/11 - 8/14. Mr. Michael fought for me to be released accordingly. The hospital I was in wanted to keep me longer than my 72 hour hold.
