First I want to say that I wish I hired Michael services since day one. I had a loved one been locked up in a mental hospital against her will, we had minimum contact with her and the doctor in charge of her was the worst person Ive ever known making this experience a nightmare for us. When I hired Michael we were near of the 5150 hold about to be over and feeling hopeless because the doctor with lies and fear was trying to have my loved one lock up for 14 more days. Michael got quickly involved and attend the hearing the day after, he gave a professional speech and fought for my loved one freedom which resulted on her been released that day. Thanks a lot. Piece of advice for anyone, do not wait to long to hire a lawyer and I recommend Michael services if you are in need of a trustful lawyer

To start, Attorney Chichyan was personable; he was always responsive and took time to cater towards all of my needs. His responses were prompt and was available at any time of the day. He was extremely thorough in his investigation, and gave specific rationale for any information that he asked for. He was honest, making sure I was aware of each of the steps. He exceeded the expected amount for the settlement, which is a testament to both his commitment and intellectual capability. I would not hesitate to work with Attorney Chichyan.

Horrible customer service. I called about my case, and they lady who answered the phone was asking me a few questions regarding my situation. As soon as I informed her that I filed my claim with the EEOC, her attitude changed and told me that they cannot help me. I'm new to this, so I asked her if this is the procedure for all law firms or just theirs, and she snapped back at me with major attitude, stating: "I don't know THAT, but that is the case with OURS." So right after that, she attempted to ask more questions about my case, and I asked "wait, I thought you couldn't help me?" (I was thinking that I don't want to waste their time, or mine), and she said "you don't have to be rude". Huh? How is that rude? Good thing that their lines are recorded for reference.

I like the verbal honesty from the beginning. There was no guarantee that my case would win, but that they would do their best. They gave my case a chance and I appreciate that. I had Edith Alverez and I believe she did the best she could with the information I had provided her. I was told communication would be minimum unless there needed to be some follow up questions and I had a few of those. I feel like Edith fought from every angle she could and I wasn't even there to see or hear it. She called during hours I was available or left emails, voice mails and text messages, so you can't say she didn't contact you, lol. Edith never acted out of character and always was empathic to my situation. I didn't know if I would win or not, due to my own thoughts but I'd definitely choose to use you all again. Edith did great. Thank you : )

Nearly six months has gone by and not once have they asked me for anything, what resolution I wanted, or for any of my proof for my claim. When I do get the momentary opportunity to speak to someone on the phone, it feels like the Ice Age. Cold. Short. Definitely not sweet. Obviously not saying much because they don't know a thing about my case. If you had a suggestion box, I'd suggest that you learn some basic considerate people skills, and not to speak to your clients like your poo don't stink. As far as all these good reviews, there's no way these are real. Not if you have been dealing with the same 2 women I had. It truly feels like a scam. One star (because I have to) for the initial screener lady, she was very sweet. She listened and had rapport with me. Thank you for that, whoever you were.
