What I found was you get the clout of a big downtown LA firm with top top top lawyers (read bios if you want to be impressed) in a professional, warm, and a team that puts helping over billing. Kenneth Spencer handled a ver difficult case for me. I thought a settlement was impossible but he handled everything beautifully and produced the impossible. He is the consummate professional.
