Very knowledgeable in detail

After talking about putting a Living Trust and Will in place for my wife and I, we finally decided to stop talking about it and DO IT!!!, so we contacted Gena Merrill at The Oakley Law Group to setup a meeting to ask questions about how to move forward with our decision. Gena was absolutely AMAZING!!!, very polite, very informative and extremely professional. She gave us a wealth of information and explained various laws to us that not only helped us in making the decision to have her and the Oakley Law Group put together our Living Trust and Will, but we also had her help in amending my father-in-laws Living Trust and Will. My wife and I took it a step further and made the decision to meet with Gena on a yearly bases to make sure that our Living Trust and Will are current and up-to-date with not only the ever changing laws, but with our needs and wishes. After creating my portfolio, I was about to move forward with my initial lawyer for my 01 Visa. I then got an email saying that now was a difficult time for people to get their 01 Visa and some were starting to be declined. This was not the person I wanted to represent my case. I was referred to Vladimir by a friend who had a wonderful experience with him. I gave him a call, and he was very clear that he wanted to take cases he knew he could win. He was smart and knowledgeable so I left my portfolio with him to look over and get back to me. He read it over and thought I had a strong case and outlined what I needed to provide to him in addition to my portfolio. Vladimir was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and I could tell he was doing the work. He was not the type of person to offload important steps to other members of the firm. I submitted my case and when it came back as needing more evidence he was very clear to me this was a common practice. We added additional press and I got additional letters supporting my abilities from more colleagues and industry. I got the approval call from Vladimir last week and met him today to get my paperwork. I would gladly recommend Vladimir to friends and peers, and let you know that almost everyone I have spoken to has gotten a request for more evidence and it is nothing to worry about. You just need to stay positive and follow the steps Vladimir lays out. I know that Vladimir was as happy I got my visa as I was, you can tell when someone cares about what they do and who they work with.

There is just way too much info to research, forms to fill out, complex bankruptcy laws, etc. The paperwork alone is so much and detailed with complexity. The list just goes on and on. It is absolutely crazy to do on your own when your financial situation is on the line. The best lawyer, I had a very complex case, I worked with an other lawyer before that did an awful job, I had the luck to meet Vladimir and because of his hard work and extensive knowledge. I got my O-1 visa approved! I recommend him %100.

Very satisfied with MJM's service. I had no experience with bankruptcy and he answered a number of my questions up front before I paid retainer, which was a big help in deciding which direction to go. Others would not answer any questions until retainer was paid so you'd have no idea of their knowledge until too late. He was also very quick in replying to my emails where he answered all my questions, which is great when you're going through the stress of a bankruptcy. He was thorough, patient, and diligent. I dont know where to start about Mark. I am in the initial stages of my BK and am BEYOND impressed with his Follow up an attention to detail. He responds early in the morning and late at night, usually within 20 minutes of my emails! I have had access to several Attorneys over the years, and NONE have come even remotley close to having his impeccable follow up and response. My case is certainly complex and involves mulitple Tax years, but Mark has very clearly explained my options and given me his advice (Which is invaluable since Im lost on what to do). I was originally going to go with an Orange County firm near my house, but during the consult, the Attorney almost acted like I was bothering him with my questions and was just waiting for the consult to be over. I can see why Mark gets the ratings he does, I am more than satisifed at this point and have FULL CONFIDENCE that I have chosen the right Attorney!
