After talking about putting a Living Trust and Will in place for my wife and I, we finally decided to stop talking about it and DO IT!!!, so we contacted Gena Merrill at The Oakley Law Group to setup a meeting to ask questions about how to move forward with our decision. Gena was absolutely AMAZING!!!, very polite, very informative and extremely professional. She gave us a wealth of information and explained various laws to us that not only helped us in making the decision to have her and the Oakley Law Group put together our Living Trust and Will, but we also had her help in amending my father-in-laws Living Trust and Will. My wife and I took it a step further and made the decision to meet with Gena on a yearly bases to make sure that our Living Trust and Will are current and up-to-date with not only the ever changing laws, but with our needs and wishes. We cannot thank Gena and the entire staff at The Oakley Law Group enough for giving myself, my wife and our family the comfort in knowing that should something happen to us, our children will be okay.
