I was introduced to Oakley Law Group by my workplace legal plan. I GREATLY enjoyed working with Gena. She works with incredible professionalism, and explains everything in great details, with care, and kindness. I highly recommend her.

Gena did a fantastic job on our trust. We were blessed to have her complete it. Be prepared to sit in her office for awhile, there were many options discussed and she brought up many ideas what can be on that trust. Strongly recommend her.

I saw Gena after a negative experience with another lawyer who overcharged me, convinced me, with insufficient explanation, to draw up a trust that was not practical for me, and then shunted me off to his lackeys. So I was on high alert when I first met with Gena. But what a pleasant surprise! Gena is knowledgable and will spend a full two hours or more with you on your first visit to learn about your situation and your needs, and to answer whatever question you have. If you propose alternative viewpoints, she considers them thoughtfully and points out your options. She does all the follow-up meetings and discussions herself, and she has innovative and creative ideas. Plus, she is just a nice, interesting, and thoughtful person! (She makes her own jewelry by the way--check it out!) I highly recommend her!

After talking about putting a Living Trust and Will in place for my wife and I, we finally decided to stop talking about it and DO IT!!!, so we contacted Gena Merrill at The Oakley Law Group to setup a meeting to ask questions about how to move forward with our decision. Gena was absolutely AMAZING!!!, very polite, very informative and extremely professional. She gave us a wealth of information and explained various laws to us that not only helped us in making the decision to have her and the Oakley Law Group put together our Living Trust and Will, but we also had her help in amending my father-in-laws Living Trust and Will. My wife and I took it a step further and made the decision to meet with Gena on a yearly bases to make sure that our Living Trust and Will are current and up-to-date with not only the ever changing laws, but with our needs and wishes. I could not have picked a better attorney to handle my living trust preparation. Gena spoke to me in layman's terms, and made the process easy for me to understand.
