I can not say enough about the impact Pamela has had on our family. We are foster parents who wanted very badly to adopt the little girl we have been fostering for nearly two years. Despite being the only family she has known, DCFS was determined to place her with distant relatives with whom our daughter had never met. We had navigated the system as best we could but it was clear we needed a professional to advocate on our family’s behalf.
Pamela came highly recommended and with good reason. From our first conversation she put us at ease with her frankness and obvious knowledge of her craft. Mind you, this was all happening during the pandemic so we still to this date have not had the opportunity to meet her in person. Nonetheless, she instilled confidence, gave us peace of mind, and patiently guided us through every step of the process. She gave us hope when hope was due and managed our expectations when appropriate.
All of that said, it is Pamela’s knowledge of the law, understanding of the children’s court system, and skill as a jurist that made her a truly exceptional choice for our family law needs. She guided us through several virtual hearings and skillfully made our case to the court. Ultimately she was successful in convincing the judge that our daughter should remain with us and we are now working through the process towards adoption. Pamela’s role in the story of how our family came to be can not be overstated. She is talented, caring, and tenacious and we could not recommend her more highly.

I hired Ms. Tripp and she rarely communicates, and went into court, made an agreement without my consent. Then, at a later court date that I was unaware of, she emails me at midnight the day of court indicating we have court - but provides no zoom call in numbers, or phone numbers, so I cannot be a part of the hearing. Case closes without me.

I was accused several times of sexually abusing my children. I had already been exonerated in Family court and was given Primary custody of my children. DCFS still managed to remove my children from their home. I was referred to Pamela Tripp by an outstanding criminal attorney. After speaking to "Pam" I hired her to represent me. Pam helped navigate my family and I through the swamp that is Edelmans courthouse, her performance was outstanding in every facet of trial. Pam was able to to fight for the best possible outcome for my case and have the sexual abuse charges against me dismissed and have my children return back home. I am forever grateful . Thanks Pam

I asked various acquaintances (DCFS, CLC, LADL, etc) before hiring an attorney and EVERYONE I spoke to said Pam was the attorney to hire. I have no regrets. From the moment we first spoke I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. Honest, knowledgeable, and fierce. I was already working with the adoptions unit when a relative who had previously denied placement suddenly requested my son and DCFS decided to start visits and recommend placement with relative. Our case went to trial and thanks to all the work Pam did before we even got to court, the Judge ruled in our favor. I could not give a higher recommendation, she lives up to her reputation.

If you are seeking top results regarding any facet of Child Dependency, DCFS, or you have been falsely accused of any form of child abuse or child sexual abuse; I highly recommend without hesitation or that you hire Attorney Pamela Rae Tripp to represent you.
As you read this you may not be very familiar with the Dependency Court System or maybe even Family Law. You must be sure that you have an attorney who is experienced in order to successfully navigate the legalities of this court on your behalf. It is even more important that you have an experienced attorney if you have been wrongfully accused of any type of abuse (physical/sexual/emotional) that you did not do to a child.
I was accused multiple times by the mother of my own children of sexual abuse in an attempt of stopping me from trying to gain custody of my toddler- aged children and from having a relationship with my children.
As a father, I could not believe that a mother would do anything like this, especially to her own children, but in my instance it happened several times. As soon as I was found innocent in one trial, I was accused again, and again, and again by the mother.
Attorney Tripp fought hard for me. After not being able to see my children for months, Attorney Tripp had the court to enforce my visitation because the mother refused to follow the court order and deny my legal rights to see my children. This attorney's performance in every trial and appearance before the court is stellar. Attorney Tripp is always prepared to represent her clients. She knows the law backwards and forwards. Ms. Tripp is on point in every situation of my defense. Ms. Tripp presents herself with authority and clarity of all issues before the court. She will help you every step of the way in your matter and in most cases goes above and beyond for her clients.
After several trials of being wrongfully accused by the mother of my children of committing horrid acts of sexual molestation against my own children, Pamela Rae Tripp represented me, never doubted my innocence, won in each trial, and I was awarded full custody of my children.
If you value your children, your life, your God-given right to be a father to your children, and your reputation, you need to call lawyer Pamela Rae Tripp NOW!

From the first initial phone call with Pam, I knew that she was the person we needed to help us with our uniquely, complicated case. She was honest with what her thoughts and opinions were and gave sound advice when we needed it, which was refreshing. She is very knowledgeable about how to navigate the foster care system and knew immediately how to navigate our case. Above all, Pam was, and still is, dedicated and passionate about advocating for the best interest of our foster son, as well as us. She really eased our mind while also being realistic. We feel that without her, the outcome would not have been the same. We are beyond grateful for her and her support during what was a very difficult and emotional time.

The title should be self explanatory. Ms. Tripp sat and listened to the situation and gave her professional opinion. She didn't sugar coat anything, and she was able to give and highlight needed information that has been extremely helpful.
Finally, we didn't put hire her on retainer because she recommended we wait at this time. She could have easily taken advantage of us, but didnt.

Pamela has been my attorney in the Dependency Court for nearly two years. She has been a blessing to a traumatic life event, and an otherwise miserable and trajic experience. I trust Pamela completely, and believe she has the best interests of my child and me at heart. Pamela balances her knowledge of the dependency court system and the inner workings of the DCFS, with her kindness and willingness to listen and navigate her client through the very murky waters of the child welfare system (which is completely broken). There is no way I would have been able to survive this process without Pamela guiding the way. Her interest in the welfare of my child has proven Pamela an attorney above par.

Pam is my go-to person when I am asked for a referral to a dependency lawyer in Los Angeles County. She does excellent and effective work both in the juvenile court and the court of appeal.

Pam is an incredible advocate for children in the foster care system. With her stellar reputation, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail, we have been able to maintain placement of our foster son and have been named prospective adoptive parents. The judge was clear that Pam’s articulate briefs and citation of case law gave him much needed guidance to make his decisions. Above and beyond her legal expertise, Pam has provided us encouragement and support throughout the process that any foster parent or birth relative would find invaluable. I would highly recommend Pam.
