ADRIANOS is one of the best in business... I had consulted a few attorneys but when I sat with Adrianos, in the first meeting I was convinced he was for me. I would highly recommend this lawyer for defamation matters, and anti-SLAPP matters. I hired Adrianos through the law firm Traverse Legal. I came to the law firm after I already had an anti-SLAPP motion for a defamation lawsuit denied in Texas. It was my immediate desire to appeal the dismissal. As my trial attorney has no appealate experience, I hired Traverse Legal to consult me with regards to my chances at winning on appeal. Adrianos' expert legal opinion was that my case was not strong enough to win on appeal, and I really appreciated that candor. Instead of pursuing an unwinnable appeal, Adrianos worked with the Plantiff to negotiate a very reasonable settlement offer. Adrianos drew the line with what he knew I could accept with a settlement, and represented my interests during these settlement negotiations very well. As it tuned out, the Plantiff was very stubborn and unreasonable with regards to settlement, which I only learned after these rounds of settlement discussions. While a settlement itself itself was not reached, it became very clear that a trial was the only way to resolve the case. Since Adrianos is in CA and I am in TX, I opted for a local trial atty for this additional trial work in Texas

I spoke with Attorney Facchetti as a second-year law student who was being threatened by an ex for alleged libel. Attorney Facchetti refused to manipulate the situation as many attorneys did. He told me what we would do in the case that this moved forward. He refused to allow me to pay him for the initial consultation. I am left with the distinct impression that he works hard for his client, but does not take advantage of the situation. He told me to contact him when, and if this situation escalated. We really need more attorneys on the bar like him. What a marked impression he left on me as an attorney who is knowledgeable, but not an opportunist.
