Rude and unprofessional staff behavior
“From the start, there was an awkward silence on the call, and no introductions were provided although I was talking to two people, John and Cesar, and I didn't know most of the time who I am talking to. When I explained my situation and asked for legal options I may have, the response I received was 'well, I don't know what you want'. They were so rude the entire time speaking to me and constantly interrupted me.”
