When I was referred to James Silverstein, I was in a state of panic. The lawyers I had initially spoken to were out of my price range. When I called his office, the secretary helped me get an appointment for the very next day. Meeting with James and taking him the court papers put my mind at ease. He assured me it wasn't as bad as I thought, and that it was a winnable case. James was easy to talk to, and more importantly, James listened. James felt we could go to court and resolve this issue, and that is exactly what happened. He won our case, and charged me a fair price. He never doubted us, and I was amazed at his professionalism. I would use him again in a heartbeat if I found myself in any trouble. When you find yourself in legal problems outside your scope, James will be able to talk to you in a way you can understand and can reassure you that you will be okay. I can't thank James enough for what he's done for me.

Simply Beautiful

I had no expectations about updating my will during a pandemic; however, I hoped it will be possible if I found the right law office and lawyer. I’m grateful I did so in Eric J. Gold. We were able to complete all of the correspondence, questionnaires, document reviews, and finalization through Eric’s secure website and MyCase messaging & document platform. I was able to send the final trust and will documents to FedEx with my mobile app for printing. The human interactions were with the printing pick up and at the notary. The final legal review of the estate documents with Eric were also able to be completed online. I appreciate the excellent service and the ability to update my will during these uncertain times.

Eric supported me in a property matter with a family home across the country. This was a connection through my work resource group and regardless of my avenue of connection, Eric was extremely helpful and informative.

I think this person is probably a perfectly good attorney I am just frustrated that he chose to decline to provide service in a very dismissive, non-personal, email after a lengthy hands off series of questions. All other attorneys in the Met Life Insurance referrals pick up the phone and let you know what they can and cannot do and offer advice and referrals where they can.
