I retained Annette Dawson-Davis to assume the probate process for my mother’s estate after running into a situation I could not handle myself. Annette immediately took charge and proactively moved the process forward, reaching out to witnesses on my mother’s out-of-state will to quickly validate the will, and then pushing my case through an expedited probate process necessitated by the COVID-19 crisis. Annette was diligent in keeping me apprised of process status and always returned my communications in a timely manner. Frankly, she could have saved me significantly on publication fees had I engaged her for the entire process rather than pick up from me when I met a roadblock.
