My husband and I needed to have will/trust drawn up before leaving the country and naturally waited until the last minute. Chris and his partner were able to give lots of information and suggestions. The trust was drawn up and ready for us to sign before we left. We loved the ability to communicate personally as well as by email. We weren't charged by the phone call or email, so we really felt that we could ask all the questions we wanted. That was very beneficial. We also appreciated the kinds of questions that they asked us, it made for good decisions and understandings of what was best for us. Since that time, Chris has been helpful on several other small matters that needed advice. I find it very comforting to have a "go to lawyer" that will give me the information I need quickly. The value has been superb in very respect.
