When I say customer service at its finest I truly mean that. Called for a appointment was taken in right away. When I arrived I got a warm and welcome felt very at home. Brian my lawyer listen to my case , carefully explained options that I could understand. I made decisions that was based on his professional opinion. I felt under no sales pressure to get into a contract that I couldn't afford and not understand the details. Dante his legal aid courteous and kind walk me back through all this paperwork one more time so that I got to review. I would recommend this law office to anyone who needs service of a lawyer that's will diligently do his job from beginning to end because it's the right thing to do.

DUI is a stressful situation you can find yourself in, especially if you depend on your driver's license to make a living. When I caught my DUI case, I was really worried. Because the thought of having my driver's license suspended, doing jail time, and all the financial burden associated with DUI kept me up a night. However, when I hired the McGinity Law Office to represent me; Brian McGinity let me know that my case has become is case. Brian is humble and a down to earth kind of guy. He reassured me that even though my blood alcohol was high, my case wasn't hopeless. He told me that he was going to do whatever he can to get me a lighter judgement. Worst lawyer ever..very incompetent and no experience in a court room..he doesn't even know how to pronounce his clients names in court..will take your money and do nothing productive..no accountability for money spent. I've had several laywers sadly in my life and this one takes the cake..will waste your time completely and your money
