I reached out to her, explained my situation, and immediately upon hearing her upbeat and kind personality, I felt comfortable with my selection of her. She was willing to listen to my case, advise on what the scenario could/would be , gave me the list of items she would need for my consultation and got right to work on this matter. She handled my case expeditiously and without hesitance. It only took her a matter of 1-2 days, to get the ball rolling AND completed, which allowed for myself and the defendant to come to an agreement on setting & for them to immediately conform to her demand for payment. She even called to check on me on her off day (Saturday) to see how things went and offered advice if the defendants didn’t conform. I called Renee Gardner and wanted to review a past case that’ she handled for me while she worked for another firm. She was extremely disrespectful she hung up the phone on my mother who tried to ask her a question she also stated that I harassed her after asking 3 questions about my case she then later called me back to Harass me further. I’m not sure what I did to aggravate and get this treatment from a pass client of hers but like I told her I will never call her back again, never have I had an experience like this with a lawyer or anybody who deems themselves a professional.
