When you’re young you don’t realize that illness, death, life just happens. When I first got my home years ago I had been getting letters from Vanguard to attend their meetings about estate planning. I let years pass before I took an interest on it this year. As a healthcare worker I knew that life is unpredictable and that you never know what life throws at you. I scheduled myself early in the year for one of their events and had one of the most informative and comprehensive meetings that showed the services offered. The workbooks they hive you ( as a couple and as a single pers. I ) breaks down questions to ask yourself and information you need to ask yourself such as: 1. Who’s in charge of your health when you no longer can no longer advocate for yourself? 2. Who are the list of people you trust? 3. Who can you entrust with your finances? And much more. I signed up that night, it took me months to figure things out, but felt better when things were put into place and notarized. It really hit home when my friend passed, she had her affairs handled and assigned her sister. Only then did it hit how much stress death can be on family when it comes to taxes, bills, advanced directives, funeral and final wishes, property. Do yourself a favor and attend one of their meetings, make an informed decision at least so that you become aware of how to move forward. You can’t always plan in life, but what you can plan for in advance can help those you leave behind.

I have used Mike Hogan's service a few years back for landlord issues and he got things done in a timely manner. He is straight forward with what he can and cannot do. I think he is a trustworthy law service provide that you can rely on.
