We had very urgent situation that the trial date was needed to be vacated and the complaint needed to be amended. At the time, we retained Mr. Ventress, the trial date was within 1.5 months. Usually very difficult to find any attorney willing to help in this situation, it is very hard to achieve the goals when the complaint was out there about two years and the trial date is just upcoming despite there is a good cause to do so.
