Please do not come to Richard De Anda . They made my case difficult. They didn’t fight for my car accident case. I went to chiropractor therapy for several months and it’s unbelievable how these people work. They just want to make money instead of helping the client. Which I think it’s not fair for the client. Richard De Anda your a fraudulent treacherous person. I had to pay out of pocket for my deductible. This is nonsense due to the fact that if we won the case why is it that they would give me less than 1000 dollars if the other insurance paid. It doesn’t make sense. If the Other insurance accepted responsibility why didn’t we obtain obtain more money for our injuries when the car accident te happened. This is injustice. For a fact I know that these people kept majority of the money because COVID had recently started and they wanted and need the money and they stole from their own clients. I don’t recommend you coming to them. This is a waste of time..

Never come to these people so they could fight for your case! They don’t know how. They don’t keep in contact with you. They say that they will help you but they don’t. This case took almost 4 years to be resolved. Guess what the case wasn’t resolved they did what they wanted to do and not what i had asked them for. I asked them and I spoke to Richard De Anda by phone and he was raising his voice at me when I asked him to send me all the paper work from this case. He only sent me the documents that were convenient for him. So I wouldn’t bother him again. But there’s a lot of documents missing. Therefore; Richard De Anda stole/kept all the money that was suppose to be written to us by the insurance. I do not recommend this Richard De Anda he’s a thief, this man and his people are dishonest. They won’t fight for you and if they do they will keep majority of the money and give you almost nothing. This man’s work is trash.

Made my case smooth and easy

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Please save your time and do not go to them. It has been a complete waste of my time. The first guy that took the details of my accident was quick to refer me to a chiropractor instead of focusing of the details of the accident. Additionally, they lost the pictures I had originally sent them. They lied and said a lawsuit was already filed to later say they were going through arbitration (something I was never informed of prior). Again, please do not go to them. I usually do not give a bad review because I’m very understanding of situations arising. However, I’ve never had this much of a bad service. It’s a shame I wasted my time with these lawyers. Do your research and please go somewhere else.

Wouldnt give any stars if possible. Worst representatives, badly spoken, no updates, no results.SCAM! Run! Do NOT RETAIN SERVICES!!!!
