Very nice people

The Law office of Richard De Anda has done a very poor job in my case . They are extremely unhelpful and rude . I will never again in the future use them to represent me . I know this process is not a fast one (I've been in other car accidents ) but other offices could have definitely done a better job than this one,in my opinion.They were seemingly helpful in the beginning and later my texts went unanswered by the person assisting me . The person assisting me would promise to call back when i would call him because he was busy ,he never did.I had to be extremely persistent .When i would call the actual office in Northridge a small amount of workers were nice others were just extremely rude and with an attitude .The people in the office also made a few mistakes and that's okay we all do but its not okay when it follows with an attitude . Please remember we are your clients and we have choices . Don't treat us like we don't :) its too late for me now but never again.

I got into a major accident while on my way to school at UCLA. Since I always saw Mr. De Anda’s postings I gave his office a call. His office staff was very nice and very helpful with helping me through the entire process which was scary and super foreign. When I spoke to the attorney he was very “to the point” and didn’t play around (which was exactly what I was looking for with someone who is protecting me and my interests!) I called the lawyer to ask a simple question about my case and he had a major attitude with me right off the bat which I felt was extremely unprofessional as I am the client. I wasn't even being rude with him at first. I don't understand how this place is still in business if that's how they treat clients. He was speaking over me when I was talking like an immature child throughout the whole exchange and was just an overall jerk.
