I am extremely grateful to Jake. He brought closure to my family in a very difficult time. He handled my Grandmother's case with dignity and compassion. He treats his clients with respect and is in constant communication with them. He is efficient and a professional. He made an emotional and painful process bearable. Jake was always available to answer questions and is extremely knowledgeable in elder abuse cases. He made it so that the nursing home would take responsibility for their actions. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Jake.

I was hit on the freeway while riding my motorcycle. I reached out to Jacob shortly after, he took on my case and led me in the right direction. He took care of all the administrative issues and even referred me to a specialty doctor. If I would have settled my case with the insurance alone I would have received a fraction of what he was able to get me. Highly recommend him, already referred him to a couple of friends.

Let me start off by saying there was a consultation in hiring Mr. Stipp for my automobile accident. I was referred to him by my sister who had a prior accident and hired Jacob Stipp. I contacted Mr. Stipp after speaking with my sister and boy was it the best thing to do in getting my accident all sorted out going forward with taking on my case. It took a little more time due to some bumps in the rode on behalf of at fault parties insurance and dealing with my personal insurance, never the less Mr. Stipp was able to succeed for me in every aspect that was approached on his behalf in his expertise. He and I always kept a close line of communication and was available at anytime I contacted his office, answered any and all concerns that arise during review processes. Mr. Stipp was very thorough in our investigations and always informative of anything not going normal with the case. The outcome and overall experience in hiring Mr. Stipp was superb and the right choice to make for someone like me who had never had to hire representation for any matter in my life, I mean till this day I have never met Mr. Stipp in person, all was handled via email, pdf files, signatures needed etc. With my representation being in Carlsbad and me living in city of Los Angeles was not even something I considered to be a bad thing in being recommended thru my sister who had done similar business with Jacob Stipp. This accident I experienced really took a toe on me physically and mentally but knowing I had someone in my corner up to bat for me all made it more comfortable and a relief with stress compiling during this time of my life, Thank You Mr. Jacob L. Jake Stipp assisted me along with a few other family members on an incident that resulted in a law suit. He was very professional throughout the entire process. Jake knowledge and experience turned a very difficult process into a bearable one. He made it so that the nursing home and hospital had to finally provide answers that were previously requested by my family for a year to no avail about my Grandmother's death. Jake was relentless in holding the hospital and the insurance company responsible which was vital in the closure my family or any family in that situation will need. He did this while effectively communicating with my family about the very complicated legal process. He was only our Attorney for the short duration of the case but he is considered family now.
