Recently had a consultation with this attorney. She was very knowledgeable and provided alot of useful information. Rates very reasonable and she was also super organized. very knowledgeable about the current tenant landlord laws and eviction processes and timelines. Super helpful.

I've consulted with Nicole and her partner Eric a number of times regarding landlord tenant matters, including all the changes in law like the 2019 Tenant Protection Act and the seemingly always changing COVID-19 related rules and guidelines. It's very confusing stuff at times and they have a great understanding of it all.

Nichole was an incredible business partner as we are first time home owners, moving into a multi-family property with a brand newborn, needing to kick off a remodel project... safe to say there was a lot going on, and Nichole was effective in coaching and guiding us through the process of fairly notifying and helping our tenants with vacate the property.
