Totally screwed up two years of tax returns. E-filed my returns with my name spelled wrong and my SSN incorrect. Incurred over $5000 in IRS penalties. Had to fire her and pay someone else to redo my returns. Now she won't even refund a mere $350 fee, so it looks like I have to drag this through small claims court. Very unhappy.

I own and operate a successful new small business, and know from experience how a good accountant is of tremendous value. When I began my search for an honest, trustworthy accountant whom I could grow with; I ran into all of sorts of sharks asking for ridiculous retainers and hidden costs. I reached out to some colleagues for recommendations and was sent to Candice. She was able to understand my business and financial situation from the get-go, give me up front pricing, and file my corporate taxes with lightning speed so I could apply for the PPP in time. I appreciate her availability in ‘Real Time’; when I need information and advice to assist you in making a decision, Candice is there for me. Candice has earned my trust and confidence and I highly recommend her services.

I must write this review because I am overwhelmed with gratitude to Candice. I rarely have written a review but this is warranted. Candice has gone well over her job duties as a CPA to help me and my family. She is a true professional and excellent CPA. I have had a few CPA's in the past, none have been anywhere near Candice and her work ethic and just plain help. I would highly and I mean highly recommend Candice as anybody's choice for a highly qualified CPA.
