Hello to all of you! I had a wonderful experience with Fischer & Van Thiel. I was a bit nervous and confused about the entire experience and once they took over my case it was smooth sailing. I found them all to be quite attentive and caring during the entire process. I was able to contact them whenever a question or problem came up and they responded to me that same day either by phone or email. I would strongly urge you to contact them if you are in the middle of a divorce or just need some questions answered. They are experienced, helpful and were very patient with my multiple questions. "Woohoo! As ggod as it gets!" I was working with another attorney for 14 months to get to move to FL with my kids after my divorce and kept being denied by the court. After I chjanged my attorney to Mr. Fischer he had my in front of the judge and a trial date within 4 months and I just had the trial and am on my way to Floriday with my two children!

When I needed legal advice Mike and staff went out of their way to help me. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, kind and especially empathetic. Just what u need when u feel like there is no way out. Glad I was recommended to them.

I'd give 5 stars but we all know going thru a divorce is never easy nor fun or cheap! But other then going through a divorce. This firm went above and beyond for me and my family! I knew going into this with my ex he would try and drag it out and cost me more money. Craig never once allowed that though! He always made sure we kept it to the point! Arlene the paralegal on my case was so beyond helpful I mean that doesn't even explain how helpful she was. There was times where she was in the office before hours and would respond to my emails and calls. I know a couple times even stayed past hours. Not many firms I know of do that. We all have familys and who wants to stay late at work? I had quite a few expartys because my ex made it more then difficult. There was a time Mike another attorney in the firm came on the case while Craig was out to help with my case. They always gave me great advice. Craig helped me get out of a divorce without any issues! As well as Craig & Arlene came up with orders that I couldn't be any more happier with for the visitation of my children with there father. Craig even went to trial for my case and when I tell you that man was fire in the court room! It was for the safety of my children and we didn't leave the court room with anything less then that! He made sure my side was told and most of all a voice for my childrens safety! By the end of my divorce the whole firm knew me and my case! Everyone was very hands on and helpful! There was times where I had to miss a payment or two and instead of some firms sending it into collection they worked with me! I couldn't of asked for a better firm to have stood behind going through my nasty divorce and custody battle. I knew no matter what myself and family was in good hands! Craig always helped calm my nerves because I was always nervous going into the court room.

I can't speak for the entire firm, but as far as Mike Fischer goes, he's top notch. I had 3 different lawyers during my divorce and the only one that actually accomplished something for me was Mike. I eventually went my own way to finalize the divorce, but when my spouses attorney was being difficult I went back to Mike. He then helped me for a few hours and didn't ask for a cent in return. Try to get that kind of service from another attorney! 5 stars for Mike.

Elizabeth was very helpful and knowledgeable about adoption cases. I was looking into adopting my step kids and am familiar with the firm since my wife used Craig to help her with her divorce. I was not sure of the steps or process of adoption and Elizabeth was able to answer everything for me. Gave me a free consultation which if I remember ran about a hour long. She never once rushed me and made sure if we chose to move forward that it would not be a waist of my money if there was no grounds to move forward on. This firm is very friendly, professional, and reasonable. They care about there clients and always put up a good fight for them.

Mike Fischer is a great attorney. He was able to take me through this entire process in just under 6 months. His fees are very reasonable and his staff is on the ball. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone that is about to go through this process.
