My HOA was having problems and our property manager was lying often and withholding financial documents, so I hired Danielle Wakefield for help. She gave me information about my rights as a homeowner, and she fought on my behalf to get straight answers from board members and the property manager. Her expertise changed my situation because she empowered me and let the property manager know that his actions were no longer going to be tolerated. Shortly after I hired Ms. Wakefield, the property manager resigned, and our HOA is running much better. I am an attorney, and when I needed an attorney to defend me and my family against an unlawful eviction I was incredibly lucky to find Danielle Wakefield! When the home we were leasing was sold in a foreclosure sale, the new owner immediately began a campaign to intimidate us into leaving so he could flip the house. Words can’t express how grateful we are to have had Danielle Wakefield as our attorney! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, precise and organized, but she deeply cares about her clients and gives over 100%. We had a nightmare situation and she came to our rescue.
