If she would've been on top of her tasks and duties as an attorney, my court date wouldn't have been delayed. Make sure, you're on top of her, because she's only concerned with her payments and not actually doing her job. Can't tell her clients what they should be and need to be doing, and because of that, the other party suffers. Hire yourself an attorney that's going to do their job not stall for cash.
