these people do not care about you nor will they fight to give you the best possible outcome. i hired them for an auto injury accident and they got me the lowest possible payout. they never let you talk to your lawyer, you will always only speak with your case manager. if you miss a call good luck trying to call them back va use they like taking 2 hour lunches. if it’s not on their schedule it’s not happening type of attitude. when we expressed our sentiments with one of their employees, nothing changed. maybe we get little more contact but not really. they will send you from one person to another, they will pass you around more than basketball in the nba. they will disregard anything you say to them and will not be upfront and honest. WHAT YOU DO. DO NOT. HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
