Found this firm online, was very tentative to my call. Cheryl was very nice and was able to direct me to the right people to assist me. Very knowledgeable team.

Do not recommend this firm. Non responsive. It took two weeks for them to complete the paperwork. I tried looking up the attorney and couldn't find him. The staff is inexperienced in law. I am not sure why they are still in business because they are not practicing law. It's a shame they play with something so important.

Our daughter was facing criminal charges of a serious nature in two counties, one was a felony and the other two misdemeanors. The potential sentence could have been years in prison. We retained Gibbons & Gibbons law firm as her defense for all three charges. After an extended length of time, and following the rehabilitation program suggested by the attorney and accepted by the court, they were able to secure a dismissal on all three counts. They also encouraged our daughter to walk a straight path, and thankfully, she is doing that now with a clean record. We are very grateful to Gibbons & Gibbons for their services and for helping our daughter get back on her feet again.

Marc Gibbons is possibly the most professional and straight forward lawyer I have ever dealt with. He helped us with an issue that was preventing travel and immigration to Canada for my family due to a dui and other issues. His speed to resolve and helping us understand was amazing. He personally responded to our concerns real-time which for me helped with the stress of the unknown. I highly recommend his services and am thankful for all his help.

Marc Gibbons is a great lawyer and he practices ethically and professionally. He got all 3 of my cases dismissed!! I still cannot believe! They were unlikely cases to have been simply dismissed but even the judge said that I am fortunate to have gotten dismissals. Thank you Marc!!

Lady on the phone seemed nice but seemed to get quickly irritated and drop her mask at times. I asked about paying a consulting fee for extra information if the firm was unable to take my case. After thirty minutes on the phone I received a text the next day saying it was under review and a text later in the day saying that they could not take my case. Nothing else I said or asked was addressed and I received an email with "resources" that a basic Google search could provide. Waste of my time personally as things I asked multiple times in the call were ignored/not addressed. I think they mine as well have an AI handle this process as it felt robotic, impersonal, and I gained nothing from this. This is literally a yes/no process. You will receive no information, no assistance, nothing but a text or email informing you if you've passed/failed. It is a conveyor belt fast food process where you will only receive basic copy paste templates. Their "helpful information" was a PDF telling me the law and a link to a website to find another lawyer. Thanks.. Response to owner: I was never once rude to your intake woman and it's really disingenuous to suggest that. I told her I didn't care about money, I would file with or without an attorney and would like to ask some questions about the process and even offered to pay for this. I was not "helped" in any way so this response is confusing to me. I was sent a copy and paste "we're not taking your case". Not even acknowledging anything I asked or even saying "unfortunately we don't have time to answer questions even for a fee". Literally it felt like a computer automated process. The rejection text didn't even offer any information or an offer to provide specific details. No "let us know if you have questions". It's obvious my review made you emotional, but I never was rude to her. I internally got frustrated at her interrupting me at points, or using a curt tone at certain points, but I never took out my irritation on her, just tried to answer her questions, though it seemed she didn't understand or like some of the information I provided. I would encourage you to listen to the recording of the call if you have further confusion. I hope this context helps! Like my review said, she was nice, just slipped up at points. If telling my story in an animated way because of the emotions I felt is considered "taking out my situation" on her, I apologize, but other than becoming a bit frustrated in tone at HER tone, I was polite to her. Again, I was given no information or help. I told my story, got denied and received a PDF to the law I already know and a link to a website for another lawyer. I received NO help, no questions answered, nothing. Plenty of other lawyers I reached out to were happy to provide a consultation for free or for a fee. The other reviews for this firm painted a much different picture so overall my experience has me confused and concerned. When you ask a lawyer for a consultation it is a commitment of your time as well and you expect to receive some information pertinent to your situation even if the firm is unable to take the case. This firm provided me nothing and your response to my review says more about your firm than my review does. I don't need to speak with anyone. Thank you for responding, and while I appreciate that after you received a public review you all of a sudden have time to give me information relevant to me or help me, I must decline.

When everything felt hopeless and overwhelming I met this incredible legal team and they were able to help me refocus on life knowing they were handling my case. Although all legal issues are stressful, having a team of kind, caring and very experienced lawyers made the whole process less scary. They kept me informed on status updates and did everything possible to assure the process was professional and still very human.
