Steven Chung is big on FB and auto PR but actually I found him incompetent, unprofessional, unreliable and has no clue whatsoever on business and tax law. He took $200 for Messenger consultation on a simple transfer of LLC ownership (resolved in a few hours by another lawyer) and his consultation was that “I need a lawyer”… After thinking and delaying me with 10 days. He’s just waste of money and time.

If anyone needs to get out of a tax pickle, this is your guy! He came recommended by many people in the business community and I'm so glad we took their recommendation. We've spent the last two years working with him on a case and he got it completely dropped! We truly believe his experience in fighting tax cases and knowledge of the subject matter are what really helped us get the case dropped. His written responses to the FTB were thoroughly researched and backed by precedence that was hard to reject. We signed and paid a retainer at the beginning (which is standard for any lawyer to engage them in work) and then he sent us a final bill after our case was dropped. I was scared what his final bill was going to be but the amount was very fair and reasonable considering the lengthy amount of time our case took to resolve due to being passed to multiple auditors. He is seriously the best and a true expert in his field.

Spoke to few tax lawyers but only Steven was able to sort through the complicated facts and spot the key issues and facts. He is really at the top of his game. I would not hesitate to reach out to Steven again for any tax law matter. You won't regret it.

Steven is one of the Best Tax Attorney you can find out there. He is very detail-oriented and meticulous. He helped us with the Case with the IRS and was about to turn it around, allowing us to get almost all of the "disallowed" expense back from the IRS. We would have been deep in the hole without him.
