I bought my first new car ever- a 2015 Ram Promaster Van- and the thing turned out to be an absolute lemon. Crown Dodge and Shaver Dodge were super dodgy about fixing it and it literally spent months and months in the shop. When it broke down ten days later after having spent almost four months in the Shaver Dodge service center, I called Liz. Three months later she got me a full refund for the vehicle.
