Mrs. Fawne Gray before becoming an attorney worked for several years as a paralegal. I have met multiple paralegal before I turned my case to her as an attorney. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. My divorce took almost three years to be finalized. In these three years the followings are my observations:
1. She is friendly and she dress up professionally.
2. She is not just a lawyer even I am not sure how she worked as a paralegal
3. She does not stay in touch to update you or sending a copy of her communications with the others
4. You have to follow up with her consistently
5. I had to wait two days or so to get an answer on texts or emails.
6. In the court she does not have much to say for you. Because most of the time she is not prepared. Or she is reading a case for the next client when she is there for you.
7. She was so bad that I got very bad impression of the lawyers. The good thing couple years later I met a public defender and noticed that she was really bad.
Getting through a divorce is hard enough. Having a bad lawyer like her definitely makes it a lot harder and on the end you realize you paid her for nothing and you are the looser.

She is right; her office in Chico did not represent me! Her office was in Roseville at that time.
I just wish, she would learn how to take care of the clients first, instead of thinking about the business….

Mrs Gray is an amazing person. She is very professional and great at her job. I hired her for my case and she was super helpful and got me dismissal after I finished all the court requirement. Her assistant Sarah is super friendly and every time I needed help or I called to ask question, she was always getting back to me with an answer. She is wonderful and beautiful 😄

As a single father please forward not hire these lawyers. they are extremely unprofessional. they represent the typical definition of a lawyer. our experience with them just this week was horrible. I will never recommend this law office to any single father.

Hiring Fawne Gray as my divorce attorney was a huge mistake and awful experience.
My moving back to the Sacramento area without my husband knowing where I lived after he walked out of our long-term marriage made me feel strong and safe, yet thanks to Fawne's lack of understanding about her fiduciary responsibility to me, her client is an “ethics violation” of huge proportion, especially in a divorce case. Ms. Gray, without my consent or knowledge gave my husband my home address, my safe place, my home. She then told me she could file a restraining order if I saw my husband near my home, was her way of pacifying me, but the damage to my privacy had already been done. What gave my attorney, whom I hired in good faith the right to do this to me? All those who I have told about this breach of trust; from personal friends to other professionals I know, shake their heads in disbelief. Now I feel that I must move again in order to get back what Ms Gray took away from me.
If Ms, Fawne Gray can do this to me, she might to you too. Find someone else to represent you is my best advice.

When I originally started looking for a lawyer, I called around to multiple law offices in the area. I was really amazed when Mrs. Gray called me right back and immediately began helping me and showed a genuine concern for my situation before even discussing her rates. She has gone above and beyond what I ever would have expected from any lawyer, and has been there to help me throughout an ugly custody battle of my daughter that ended with great results. I highly recommend Mrs. Gray to anyone.
