Expert legal representation.

I am a new client referred to Maria, also I'm out of state. I spoke with with Maria and explained my situation as my court proceeding are hours away. After googling her mixed reviews i was tentative although she gave me a sense of relief and people can be harsh when it comes to reviews. Maria was informative in regards of my steps in the process and what actions that needed to be taken, this was very helpful during our call and gave me a great sense of relief, my life is in her hands. I made a verbal agreement with Maria and gave her my information. Before my monthly down payment, she started the paper work and completed my immediate DMV task in a timely matter, with paperwork arriving within days. Her secretaries were informative and if they didn't know they answer they found it in a timely matter they gave me the relief that this issue would have a promising resolve. I am currently working with Maria regarding my proceedings and will continue to update with detailed information on how this case is handled. I understand reviews are important and more than happy to continue to give my timeline on how this works out.

I believe I upset Mr. Sandelman immensely when I stated multiple times that his expert is "stupid and incompetent and I would be turning him into the State Board". He seemed shocked and had me repeat it 8 to 10 times just to be sure. He's the kind of attorney that goes out of his way attempting to put words in your mouth. By the last day of the court case, he was screaming at his client in open court. Not very professional.

I want to thank Maria for her professionalism and dedication to help me. I was facing 6 years in prison and she managed to reduce my charges and I only got probation time. From the minute I spoke with her during the free consultation, she provided me with the possible solutions to my case and ways she could defend me. She fought very hard and kept me informed about every step of my case and court proceedings. She is more than a 5 star attorney.

We paid for a consultation hoping that Maria Amaya would be the attorney we could hire to represent our case. We paid $150 consult fee and sat with her for 40 minutes. She indicated twice during the consult that she would get back to us but nothing happened. We called Elena Alcala back, her legal assistant, who told us that Ms. Amaya would have never said she would call us back, but would give her the message. It has been 3 months now and Ms. Amaya has not contacted us.

This gave me peace of mind and I was able to get the treatment I needed without having to stress on a case with the Insurance company.
